how to Bypass Trial Period Expiration

Most of us are familiar with many softwares that run only for a specified period of time in the trial mode. Once the trial period is expired these softwares stop functioning and demand for a purchase. But today I will show you how you can run the software beyond their trial period.

How does this work?

Before I tell you how to hack the software and make it run in the trial mode forever, lets understand how this software works

When these softwares are installed for the first time, they make an entry into the Windows Registry with the details such as Installed Date and Time, installed path etc. After installation every time you run the software, it compares the current system date and time with the installed date and time. So, with this it can make out whether the trial period is expired or not.

So with this being the case, just manually changing the system date to an earlier date will not solve the problem. For this purpose there is a small Tool known as RunAsDate.

RunAsDate is a small utility that allows you to run a program in the date and time that you specify. This utility doesn’t change the current system date, but it only injects the date/time that you specify into the desired application.

RunAsDate intercepts the kernel API calls that returns the current date and time (GetSystemTime, GetLocalTime, GetSystemTimeAsFileTime), and replaces the current date/time with the date/time that you specify. It works with Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista and 7. It works with 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

To Run your Software Forever follow these Steps Carefully

You have to follow these tips carefully to successfully hack a software and make it run in it’s trial mode forever.

1. Note down the date and time, when you install the software for the first time.

2. Once the trial period expires, you must always run the software using RunAsDate.

3. After the trial period is expired, do not run the software(program) directly. If you run the software directlyeven once, this hack may no longer work.

4. To avoid any chances of runnung the software program directly, you can delete its shortcut from the desktop and create a new shortcut using runasdate and place it on the desktop.

5. It is better and safe to inject the date of the last day in the trial period.

For example, if the trial period expires on jan 30 2010, always inject the date as jan 29 2010 in the RunAsDate.

Note: This software won’t work with Anti virus as they run in Background.

How to change user account on Windows 8 start up

By default Windows 8 will show you the main account when you boot up but that's not helpful when you have multiple users. Here's how to change the user account on Windows 8 start up.
If you remember the good old days of Windows 7 and being able to have the whole family lined up on the log in screen, everyone with their own user account, then you might be a bit annoyed with the way Windows 8 works.
When you boot up a Windows 8 laptop or PC, you'll see a lock screen which need to be moved with before you can log into your account. It will only show the main account here unless you click the back button (left pointing arrow) next to your account profile picture (see above).
While that might be frustrating, it's the easiest way to view all the available accounts. However, there is something you can do to change this. In the user accounts section of the control panel you can force the old-school Ctrl+Alt+Delete method for sign in which when done on the lock screen will take you through to all the accounts.

How to Report Invalid Clicks to Adsense

There are some crazy people out there who click Adsense Ads madly. Obviously they are not trying to increase your revenue, but try to ban you from Adsense. I’ve faced these issues several times. When I saw Adsense click bombing for the first time, I was very scared (i got 103 clicks and 100 page views ), about getting banned. However I found a way to report Google Adsense team about invalid clicks.

Whenever you get a lot of clicks from one user, Google will understand someone is trying to manipulate your Adsense account. Though Adsense credits the fraud clicks revenue on estimated earnings initially, it will be discredited once they detect it as fraud. You needn’t to freak out over invalid click as Google can detect that. But I always suggest you to report Google Adsense Team whenever you find some strange activity on Adsense. It’ll let you sleep easy.

However, if you clicked your own Adsense ads accidentally, you needn’t to notify Adsense about that click.

How to Notify Google About Invalid Clicks

First of all, it isn’t compulsory to report Google about fraud clicks. But if you want to stop worrying about getting banned, then you may consider contacting with Adsense Team. After all, it could be a reason for getting banned from Adsense.

To notify Adsense about invalid clicks, you’ll need to fill out the Invalid Clicks Contact Form.

Just enter your Name, Email Address, Publisher ID, Your Site URL, Select a Topic, Date and Time of the click activity.

It also asks for describing why those clicks seem invalid to you and to indicate suspicious IP addresses, referrers or requests. If you don’t have any description or data to put there, just leave it blank and click on ‘Submit’ button.

That’s it. You are done!

To configure startup programs go to run then type msconfig in the box and there you can manage the startup programs of your system.

Replace your Old Battery with a new one:
This is the most effective way to increase your laptop’s battery performance, if your laptops is more than 2 year old then you should replace it with a new one, it may simply be getting old. You should speak to the manufacturer of your laptop about purchasing replacement batteries and ask if they offer any long-lasting replacement batteries that hold for a long time and which are stronger than the current one.

How to unbricked LG Intuition

As the tittle says, now i'm gonna show you the real way to recover your lg intuition from bricked and at the same time, upgrade it to android 4.1 jelly bean, if you haven't. There are various tutorials about this, in various forums, but any of them work or do something relevant.

Just follow my instructions step by step and you'll get your intuition unbricked and/or upgraded. Well, LET'S START!

3-Unzip the archive with the tools inside in a folder, move the firmware already downloaded in this same folder.

5- In the folder created, open the folder named "FlashTool.1.0.54", execute the "Windows Enable.exe" program with administrato rigths.Then execute "UpTestEX.exe"

In the 1 you're gonna search for the folder you previously created, just select the folder, don' open it. In the 2 select the .cab firmware downloaded for converting in a .kdz file. Select it and press" Encrypt cab -> kdz" then i will start to convert it and the .kdz file will appear in the folder you selected in work directory.

6-When that is done, get your intuition on "Download Mode",hold Volume up and down at the same time, the connect it to your pc and will promt "Download mode". Go to the folder and open "LG Flash Tool 2014" in this folder execute "LGFlashTool2014.exe" in PhoneMode choose CS_EMERGENCY.Then, look for the .kdz file created and select it.

7-Click on"CSE flash" when a new window is promtep just click on "START" windows will ask you to confirm, just hit Yes. In the next window just change the language for english.

8- The program will start analyzing your phone, extracting the firmware and finally installing it.

How to Receive SMS Directly on PC using Android

My university doesn’t allow the use of smartphones in classes, which sometimes can be an inconvenience. This is why I like to receive SMS directly on PC from my smartphone. “But how is that possible dude?” you may ask, “by using an Android app man!” I will reply. This article is going to teach you how to receive SMS directly on PC without the use of any other gadget of wires.

But before we start I would like to tell you that your boss might be reading this article too. So keep that in mind when chatting with your significant other in office hours. I don’t want you to get fired for squandering the office time on chatting up pals. I have never done this (lie) because I’m a highly honest person (somewhat a lie too).

Note: I used a Samsung Galaxy Note III, an HP i3 Laptop and a TP-LINK wireless router for this tutorial. This tutorial will need a stable wireless connection to work. You don’t even need an internet connection; just a simple wireless connection will do fine.

Preparation:

To receive SMS directly on PC or Mac you will need:

Windows based computer or a Mac PC
An Android phone or tablet with SIM slot.
A stable browser on your PC, I recommend Firefox.
A stable wireless connection.

This is it, now you are ready to receive SMS directly on PC.

Step 1 – Install the App

In order to get SMS on PC directly you will need the help of an amazing app called AirDroid. I have listed this app on the best WiFi apps for Android list and Yasir mentioned it on his tutorial about how to connect Android phone to PC as well. This is a simple to use app which will allow you to get SMS on your PC very easily and without the need of a wired connection. Install it from the Google Play Store:

Step 2 – An Important Point

Now before you launch the app make sure both the PC and the Android device are connected to the same network. You can check the name of the network on your PC and your Android device with ease. You just need to make sure they are of the same name. As you can see in the screenshots below, I have connected both devices to “Gunz Home” network. I also recommend that if you can, only connect to a secure network. So kindly refrain from using public networks found in Starbucks or KFCs etc.

Step 3 – Launch on Phone

Now that the app is installed on your phone, simply locate it in the app drawer and launch it. You will see the following screen:

As you can notice there are two methods of connecting to the PC. The first one involves scanning a QR code from a dedicated website. The second one is a lot easier and only requires you to type in a few numbers. I will follow the second method because it is convenient and doesn’t waste my time on launching camera and taking a picture.

Step 4 – Move to PC

On your PC launch your favourite browser and type in the address given to you by the app. That’s what you need to type in the address window on your PC’s browser:

Now once you have typed the numbers in the address bar correctly, make sure they match exactly.

Step 5 – Confirmation

The PC will send a confirmation message back to your smartphone/tablet; just accept the connection when it is prompted.

Step 6 – On the Browser

Back on your PC screen you will see that the browser is displaying a nice looking interface. There are a lot of exciting options there for you to use and experiment with. But as this tutorial is how to receive SMS directly on PC, I will stick to that for now.

Click on the messages icon and a new window will open within that one page. This is not a separate browser window but the app makes it look like one. You can even interact with the window as you please and resize it if you want. The new window might take a little while to open, but once it does you will notice that it is displaying all your messages.

Step 7 – Fire Away

Now you can send SMS to your friends with ease. That is right; simply type a person’s name and the app will automatically display the contact. Or reply to existing SMS on the left side of the panel.

I tested the app once more just for this tutorial and was able to send and receive SMS directly on PC with ease.

You will even receive a notification on PC when you receive a SMS. This way your phone can be tucked away safely and you can still access most of the functions.

Conclusion:

There are a few other good apps which can send SMS directly to PC but I loved AirDriod way before I discovered them. AirDroid is not just for sending SMS to PC; it can also be used to do a lot of other stuff as well. One time I used it to send screenshots to my PC for a review.

Google is always exciting. This time they have enabled us to run Android apps on Chrome with Arch Welder, a developer tool which will help you test your apps. Before we go any further, yes you can run Android apps on Chrome with ease but they are not perfect. As you can guess, this is a developer tool and not a full-fledged Android simulator which can work on your browser.
Google is aiming to promote its other platform which is still teething into our lives. I personally have no use for a Chrome OS based notebook, partially because I’m one of the few who like Windows because that is where games are at. But my dad is actually very fond of his lightweight and highly portable Chinese Chromebook, so there is that. That being said the inexpensive versions are slowly gaining popularity, so much so that I’m thinking about getting one as a backup typewriter.
When I heard about Arc Welder for the first time, I was under the impression that it will only be for Chrome OS running laptops. Thankfully Google is not like other companies and the developer tool works just as well on a Windows based computer running the Chrome Brower. I’m definitely in love with the Chrome browser on PC for personal entertainment and social networking uses. It’s no wonder that you will see a lot of Chrome Store apps in the screenshots (please don’t judge me).
Note: You can run Android apps on Chrome OS or browser by using this newly released tool. They will be buggy and some will downright crash upon booting. Some will work flawlessly though. So I urge you not to consider this new tool a permanent replacement for actual test devices. This guide-like article will use a Windows based PC with Chrome browser to run a few Android apps. This is not a fully loaded guide but will take you through the proper paces.

Running Arc Welder

Load Chrome

If you have a Chrome OS device there will be actually no need to download the Chrome browser, chances are you are using it as it is. If you have a Windows based PC at disposal and want to run Android apps by using Arc Welder, you will need to get the Google Chrome Browser. You can get that from this link.
Now that you have downloaded the setup, install the browser at a preferred location. The whole process will take a few minutes to complete. The Chrome Browser for Windows is an excellent browser which uses very low resources, but I have noticed a significant decrease in battery drainage while using this browser. Firefox however is more stable but gobbles up a lot of RAM for some reason.
Get Arc Welder
You can get Arch Welder by going to the Google Chrome Store but who wants to do that right? Here is a direct link to the app page.

From there just click on Install and the app will begin downloading. It is also installed automatically and a convenient icon is placed on the Desktop or start menu depending on your personal preferences. The app will show as a separate entity and can be directly launched from the shortcut.
Launch the Works
Now you will need to launch the app from whatever way is convenient for you. I have for some reason a persistent Chrome app box displayed after installation. I will use that to launch the Arc Welder to run Android apps.

The app may take some time to launch so please be patient, it is not hung or something. After a few seconds you will see the welcome screen. It will ask you to select a directory on your storage. I recommend making a new folder at some convenient location for the sole purpose of using Arc Welder.
Find Some APKs

Unfortunately the app is not linked with the Google Play Store and hence you cannot download apps directly on the app to use. But this was expected, it is after all a developer tool first and foremost. So if you are making a videogame, you will surely have a prototype. If not there are a ton of sites which host APKs. You will just need to type this in the Google search bar to get instant results. I already had a few APKs laying around so it wasn’t much of a problem for me.
Load Them Apps
Tap on the Add your APK button and the app will open a file browser. Simply go to the location where the APK is located and select it. Here you can see that I have loaded a TurboScan APK on the app. This is the app which was featured on the best scanner apps for Android list and I made a backup of the app to check if permissions check out or not.
A point to be noted here is that the Arc Welder is not able to load multiple Android apps at once. So you will constantly be needed to remove the previous APK from the app’s cache. Don’t worry as the actual APK will not be harmed in any way.
The Testing Stuff

After the APK is loaded you will be taken to the settings screen. From there you can select the orientation of the screen, for example some apps run good in Landscape mode. You can also select the form factor of the virtual device you will be testing the APK. Then there is some actual developer information which I’m sure will help the developers only and not for us.
Launch the App

Now comes the part of running Android apps on Chrome browser. After being satisfied by your settings, click on the Launch App button. The app will take some time to start, so don’t get worried if the app goes unresponsive for a while. The app will open in a new window which will automatically be launched.

The above screenshot shows the TurboScan app in its unnatural habitat. As you can see I have already reached the settings and am testing the app. I’m sorry to announce that you won’t be able to actually scan documents by this method. Here is a good puzzle game named Tangled running on the Arc Welder. This game works flawlessly on the app though.

Now that you can run Android apps for Chrome with Arc Welder, tell me what kind of apps you are going to run. I also managed to log into my Viber account which was nice but the app was a little buggy for me. Overall I would rate the experience as an experiment and nothing more. It will not be replacing heavy weight Android emulation apps like Blue Stacks anytime soon but it is most certainly a start. No matter how much you ignore it, no matter how much you complain and no matter how many times you tell it to go away, Google Plus is here. This guide will tell you how you can turn off auto backup on Google Plus. I don’t mind Google Plus that much; it’s a fairly usable social network. In fact I use it for all my professional needs. This is because I don’t want my colleagues to see my upturned nose on Facebook.
Google is a pretty nice guy right? I mean he has helped us in our homework and even work. But even some nice guys have a few pesky flaws. Thankfully Google is an open minded guy and doesn’t really bother if we turn some of his personality traits off. This is what I like about Google, while other guys like Apple are closed and restrictive; Google is free and easy to work with. However sometimes Google can be a little too helpful. The Auto Backup option on the Google Plus is a welcome thing if you don’t use another cloud storage app. But like me, if you are already using Dropbox or some other data storage service, then auto backup on Google Plus can be a hassle.

I want to save my pictures and videos but I don’t want to save them at two places. Due to arising privacy concerns it is somewhat better to turn off auto backup on Google Plus. If you purchase a new Android device, chances are the Google+ app will be pre-installed on it. Google+ auto backup will start churning as soon as you login and launch the app for the first time. This tiny guide will guide you through the easy process of turning Auto backup off on Google Plus.

Steps to Turn Off Auto Backup

Locate the App
First off you will need to see where the Google Plus app is. I usually use the search function and quickly locate the app. Here is a screenshot of the app icon; this is not the default one though. But I’m sure yours will look roughly the same.

Once located simply tap on the icon to launch the Google Plus app.
Avoid If You Can
If this is the first time you are launching the app. It will ask you if you want to backup photos and videos or not.

What if you don’t see that welcome screen and you feel if the Google Plus auto backup is still on? No worries you can check from the photo tab if any of the latest photos you took can be seen or not.

Kindly keep in mind that the “All” tab will show all of the photos including those saved on the device itself. I think that Google Plus should mind its business and not show those photos at all. I once deleted a couple of photos thinking they were uploaded to the cloud.

Check the highlights and you will know if the app is backing up photos and videos or not.
